I think this is one of the sweetest little beach lots I have seen. Just wanted to ask before I place it in my neighborhood - did you need to modify the neighborhood terrain to get the beach set up like you did? I do know how to do that but wanted to be sure it was necessary before doing it. I ask because most of my beach lots are fairly steep and usually have a long slope. Thanks for your creativity.

This lot was created in one of the map templates I presented. Coastland - neighborhood map
Although the lot was tested on several templates with beach terrain, it is necessary to take into account that being a smaller beach plot with respect to the smaller one included in the game, it must be placed in the aquatic areas near the roads.
It's necessary to make modifications to the neighborhood terrain if the roads are too far from the aquatic areas.
