And the triple fireplace is a great idea! I've needed a 3T fireplace in CC-Free builds before, and I didn't think to do that. I'm gonna hafta remember that!
You may want to check the diving board though? I think you had the cheats on when you placed it? ...according to the pictures.

Sleek lot. I like your creative decorating Karen.
They should be able to use the slide but there will be foot stomping over the hot tub, sims always try and access the side they can't access- silly sims.
