Is the Brisk Shower shorter than a standard shower or is it the same length? I did download this because I love the idea of shower affects being random, but if it's shorter than I will probably remove it, because I would like a shorter option.

I read the description correctly and that is why I asked the question. Your mod removes the functionality of brisk showers. It occurred to me after I installed it that I was under the impression that a brisk shower was a shorter shower. Now, maybe this is just a confusion on my part, but after that thought occurred I did a cost analysis and decided it was more important to me to have a shorter version of the shower than it was to have randomized showers moods. That is why I asked you who had been digging through the code in order to make this mod if a brisk shower was shorter or not. My internet searches have not mentioned anything about brisk showers being shorter, so I am assuming I am wrong, which makes me a little sad (because that means there is no short shower), but also a little happy (because it means I don't have to remove your mod). Still I need to know the answer, because if there is no shorter shower, I would like to see about seeking one out and then I have to see about hopefully finding something that doesn't conflict with your mod, because I really do like it and would like to keep it. If you know the answer, please let me know, so I can at least skip the testing to confirm in game. If you don't, that's fine, but I wanted to at least ask.

Are you asking if brisk showers were faster? No, they were not. LittleMissSam has a mod that adds a Quick Shower option that would not be removed by this mod. And it should even get the random effects automatically as those are tied to something that happens when using the shower- so it'll happen on any shower interactions that do the same thing.

The way this works is it applies whenever the shower-specific "breakage" statistic is dropping. That's how it knows a shower is being used. So custom shower interactions should automatically work with it (as well as pack specific ones like singing and shaving). It might even work during woohoo, I haven't checked.

STBL for foreign languages are not provided in your mod, so it is difficult to use it. I wanted to present it on the French forum, but without foreign language available, this mod is not interesting. There is a buff that is set to visible but has no buff icon in your mod, I believe. Here is what the sim data says: <sims4.tuning.instances.Waffle:JustTookAShowerBuff object at 0x00007FF42E4FC750> - Is Visible: True

Neither version of the mod has that buff tagged as visible... hm.

I, also, am confused because I was not able to find a buff set to visible in the package file like I was for another mod that had this issue, but I am fairly confident that it is coming from this mod because it happens every time a sim takes a shower, and sim info showed this mod as having a buff set to visible that was not visible in the panel. Do you have a discord where I can send you my sim data when it happens?

I figured it out! It seems that it defaulted to visible when it was not tagged as either visible true or false. The attached images show what the tuning for the "just took a shower" buff were, what I changed them to, how I used Lot51's tool to find the issue that had been eluding us both, the fix I made, and in game testing showing no more llama buff and that the hidden buff is still working as it should behind the scenes.

ah yeah there's been a few funky issues like that lately, where it's defaulting in a way you'd not expect stuff to. I can fix that later.

Hey. My Sims can't take showers while energized, only a bath is available. It's not that big a deal, still love the mod, but maybe there's a way to fix it? Is it a conflict, an oversight, or intended?
