I hope this can help me find any glitches like a romance that shouldn't have happened like once when a town got ruined by that romance glitch when a sim got flagged with a romance to an NPC nver met.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I have been dreaming of something like this! The rouge relationship flags have been bothering me for some time.

Thanks! This is really useful. I ran it over my current neighborhood and found one glitched crush that shouldn't be there (between two straight men who had never interacted! this relationship glitch is so strange) and it helped me make a mental map of all the romance drama going on, a lot of which I had forgotten about. Before, the only way I had to spot the incorrect flags bug was if I noticed that someone had an engagement or wedding ring on their hand which shouldn't be there, and it had happened once or twice.

Neat! I was worried I'd have to pass this up since I've edited some relationships in Strangetown, but you made it skip family flags which will work perfectly for me. I wonder if the Tricous in Downtown are particularly susceptible to this for some reason since they tend to have marriage glitches.

This is really neat! I get the rogue engagement flag a lot, two specific Sim constantly get them and get cheating memories for interacting with their real partner. I had coded an interaction to find engagement flags but I hadn't bothered with the other types yet and I still had to fix them in SimPE once found, so an even more expansive and automated thing is great Also nice to hear I am not the only one whose game does this.

If those two sims are constantly getting those flags towards each other, are they doing anything on a regular basis that most of your sims are not doing? It would be really useful if we could narrow down why/when this happens so we can fix it at the source.

If this only for people who use Duchess' SP mod? I kind of want to use that mod, but I'm doing historical things that include pre-made Sim ancestors, my ancestors, and the ancestors of fictional characters I've created, and I don't want to fuck anything up.

This doesn't require or conflict with any other mod.

Typo: When fixing relationships, I got a notice about an "incorrec love."

Thank you so much! Two of my sims could not be proposed to and it's been driving me crazy. Turned out they were both flagged as being married to three different random people. Immediately fixed!

I missed this when originally posted. No I can't say that there's anything unique about the two Sims I notice it with the most, and now that I have used your automated one I wouldn't say they are actually more likely than others, they just happen to be the ones I tend to notice it on for some reason. When I used it today, a child Sim had engaged and married flags towards a household I never play, and the child household I also don't play. So whatever the cause is, I think it's something that happens behind the scenes rather than caused by active actions by us players.

Would you ever consider adding a search that looks for non-mutual flags for things that can't be non-mutual? I know you said we can just spot the wrong flags for Sims that have met visually, and that is true, but my hood in current iteration is 9 years old and my Sims panels are very long so manually looking for them is very tedious. I figure any situation where the going steady, engaged or married flag is set on one side and not the other, it's automatically wrong because that isn't actually possible. Crush/love bothers me less because people have crushes on celebrities they never met, so I can explain it away that way.

Yeah, I can definitely add that. Crush and love can be unrequited just through normal gameplay, since sometimes sims wind up with very different relationship scores towards each other, and one may be over the threshold and the other not. Or you could be using something like noinstantlove, which causes a lot of unrequited love to happen. But engaged/married/steady should always be reciprocal.

Ok, gummi, I've added an additional option to fix non-reciprocal relationships that should always be reciprocal.

Awesome, thank you so much! I wish I could have done it myself but alas I do not have your level of skills, yet so I appreciate you for taking the time to do it. Hopefully it will be helpful to more people as well

No problem! If you need help with BHAV stuff you're trying to do, I might be able to help/give advice. I'm pretty useless at everything else, though, haha.
