Playing the Spanish version, I always found amusing that La Oreja de Van Gogh (a famous pop band from Spain that also was big here in Mexico) made a cover of one of their songs in Simlish. So I didn't know that other countries received translated songs too.

Thank you so much! This is a godsend, it's been a while since I last played my game in Spanish so I missed so much Dulce Locura from La Oreja de Van Gogh. It was one of my favorite songs in the radio and thanks to this post I can hear it in-game again.

weirdly annoying that they left unique house mix music to europe, i wonder why they did that
i used to make dumb mods when i was bored, next time i'm bored i'll make a new mod.

I had no idea this was a thing! I've been searching for the Hubny Harb (Hungry Heart) -track for ages, thinking I must be mad and making things up because I could've sworn it used to play in all the Downtown nightclubs I played as a child. Big thanks for this upload

Thank you so much ! I loved Dulce Locura so much as a kid even tho I'm not Spanish (had it in my PS2 game), so happy to have it in my game !

No, no effect on gameplay! It essentially increases the pool of songs the game can choose from for the Pop & Housemix genres. These are already present in the game's files, they just aren't used unless you're playing in a certain language. This mod simply removes these restrictions and makes all of these songs available to hear, no matter what language you play in.
