Wow, this is an amazing fake city hall build! Honestly I don't mind the upper floors having Level Skip Markers, if a lot is only meant for rabbithole access then you wouldn't have much going on there anyway. Nothing too meaningful anyway.

I like all your buildings. Because they are so tight with reality and games I like. And this one is not exception.
