This house is replacement? Because is looks like package than Sims3pack.

It doesn't shows in game in world editor.

Hello Stevenafc11! The download file for Moralias is indeed a Package file and this applies to all my downloads, unfortunately I will not be sharing my downloads as Sims3packs.

Have you placed the Package file to the correct folder? Please place the 'Moralias.package' you just extracted in the following folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library\

The lot will now show up in your Library in Edit Town.

You mean Library?
I thought it was For mods package Section.

Yes, I am refering to the Library folder. Not all package files go to the Mods/Package folder, you can refer to the list below for reference:

Custom Content: (Hair/outfits/objects/jewelry/makeup/Mods/etc.)
Install to: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages

Households/Lots: Install to: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library\

Hello YAMATO2191! I apologize for the delayed response as I haven't been active here on MTS for a while. Regarding your question, this house is a renovation or remake of the Asilomar house found in Sunset Valley. MTS has strict upload guidelines, so I must show the 'before' picture of how the original house looked like and the 'after' picture of the renovation I did
