They're by VovilliaCorp. I got them long before their site stopped existing, but as far as I know there is a 2GB archive with most of their vehicles that can be found here.
There's no list tho, so you gotta download it and figure out what's included by yourself. I'm pretty sure those cars you can see on my screenshots should be there as well
