well you need plenty of money to buy a house like that :D

even my modest house (replica uploaded here somewhere) costs a lot these days. how starters manage i really don't know

"it sucks" is a rather unhelpful and rude comment imo

may i suggest you try this:
once you have installed it in your neighbourhood, enter it, save it and come bck out to the neighbourhood
click on it again and the right price should show

i hope this helps and you find it sucks no more
