kwl, but u kno she changed her name at like the age of 13 from erzsebet or watev to elizabeth, right? also she was in the late 1600's to the early 1700's i think. correct me if im wrong...also, could someone send me a link to a biography or something on her? i just found out i was named after her (my name is Elizabeth B.(heh not saying my last name)...)so i wanna know more about her

Actually, "Elizabeth" is the name she was given by others who didn't know or understand Erzsabet (which was always her name). She was born in 1560. Just google Erzsabet Bathory, and you can find some good information. Unfortunately, alot of sites say she was seeking 'eternal youth' by bathing in blood, which never happened (as she was so young when she killed, she didn't need a youthful appearance..she already had it).

Remember...traffic lights that are timed for 35 MPH are ALSO timed for 70 MPH....
