At the top there's a checkmark next to "original", which usually means it's compatible without any ep's.

Erm, it may not have anything to do with your house, but could you tell me the files you used to create it? Ever since I installed it, I can't get the game to get past the neighbourhood screen. It gives me an error, and I am forced to reboot. I'd like to try deleting the files for the house to see if I play it.

I only used ts2 original objects for this house and I cleaned it with Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer before uploading.

Haha, sorry for my previous post. I figured out the problem. I was the new anti-virus software I had installed just recently. I guess it didn't agree with the game, unlike my other anti-virus program o.o

Sorry again. I just checked out your house and it's perfect for my Sim!
