Are there actually placeable beach lots?

I have been looking for a very small area (e.g. an island in the middle of the water) for a long time. Would you create something like that? It'd be great!

I tested the beach area and you can actually place lots on there! There are some places in the area in which some lot sizes don't work for some reason, so you (and I lol :P) might have to work out how to design the beach area, otherwise it works!

That sounds like a fun challenge! Might create an island terrain in the near future :D
