And what I love most about them is that 1) they're gorgeous for starter homes and 2) they have no CCs and only uses one EP, instead of, you know, 32832862 EPs and SPs LOL! Thanks for this and part one of your Sensible Starter series. There seem to be so few starter houses out there which come out to under 20k which aren't tiny. But yours not only manage that but also look good at the same time. Sparsely furnished to be sure, but they ARE starters, and that leaves enough in the budget for a couple to get a few small luxuries. And they have plenty of potential.
