I'm glad to see this at long last! It was fun being a part of it and I hope everyone enjoys Pepie Park! It's pronounced "peppy" and she was a real dog who had the most dumb luck of any dog or any being I've ever known, including somehow surviving running under an 18 wheeler. She lived to be quite old, despite all odds.

Sorry I couldn't get the pictures in time. My screenshots are never very good and I know I should have communcated that beforehand.

I don't have Pets, so I'm only an admirer not a user of this neighborhood, but I want to say thank you for your hard and precise work! It's so appreciated if one still creates new neighborhoods for TS3, and I love how all the lots look so rich in detail.

I just tried re-downloading today, and I still get an empty .rar file... Am I seriously the only one having this issue?
