This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Updated for Pets and patch

The two colonial windows with rounded heads are two windows that I like and use a lot. The problem is that there are no matching doors. What do you do? Yes you'll have to make some yourself. To make it the one-tile-door was relatively problem-free, unfortunately it was big problems with the two-tile-door. For that it would act as I wished, I had to move the hinge position which meant that I had to change the join works, etc. I would never be able to do without the help of cmomoney and atavera here on MTS. I want to thank them very much.

1-tile-door will cost $ 195 and 2-tile-door $ 335. Both are among the other doors in the Build Objects Catalogue.

Both doors have four color channels.

Polygon Counts:
1-tile door: 487 vertices and306 faces
2-tile door: 1156 vertices and856 faces

Additional Credits:
Many thanks to cmomoney and atavera, EA for the game, the developers of the tools and the autors of tutorials

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love the way these look and they were perfect for the house I was building. The only wrinkle is they are not fixed for Pets and the Sims walk right through them without opening. They won't lock either.

Edited to add: I am happy to report the RigFix took care of the problems. It doesn't always work....

Hey, having some issues with this door which may have been caused by the 1.55 patch.

Basically, whenever a sim walks through it, it turns into floating glass. a picture. (Just realised that's a really ugly looking lot for me to show you this on :P).

Thanks These are really beautiful doors by the way.

edit: just getting all my cc back in and up to date ... will be testing in game later to day. Will report back if have issues.

edit after test: patched to 1.55 no issue with sim walking thru door as reported above with either door. (test game was: New game. Lots of CC. no pets on lot)

I was looking for this in the catalogue last night, got frustrated, went to bed and this morning, here they are. Thank you and I am looking forward to using your 50's/Retro sets too, the Southern Charm would make for a good Aussie city pub.
