:alam: Base Game Compatable

Hey guys! It is qbuilderz here with another starter for you all to enjoy! This time it is a tiny victorian style house with some nice shrubbery around the porch and a fully furnished interior.

1 Bedroom
1 Bathoom
Front Porch
Back Porch
Fenced Yard

All her life, little Mary Rose wanted to live in a huge extravagant house with butlers there for whatever she wants. But sadly, Mary lives in a 2 bedroom apartment with her 4 brothers and single working mother. Life can be rough living in conditions like that. But Mary was always a special sim, she had hope for the future and intellegance to help her get there. It just goes to show you that anyone can get wat they want in life. Sure, the house is tiny, but a castle is anything you want it to be.

Have a Mary Rose type sim in your game? Wanna have the same story? All it takes is a download and a thank

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Q, I know you was rich once, but did you lose all your sim simoleons in the stock market? That you now have to live in a starter house? hahahahaaaa nice starter house you made I like it.

Very cute - and small!
I don't like houses that are too small, but the big ones are too much.
This is perfect, I'm sure I'll fit my 3 Sim Family (+ Father and his teenage daughter, the father being killed off ASAP) in there.
I like the roof .... why don't my roofs look so pretty?

Very good idea! We all need starter houses, and usually Victorian ones are too expensive and grand. Thanks a lot then!
