This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

You were getting bored of the old eyebrows, right? Try these new ones, they'll make your simmies look very astute

They come in 11 natural colors and have a custom thumbnail to find them more easily.

They are for female sims from teen to elder and they are not replacements.

Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR.
If you don't have a Mods folder, just make one.
