Note: You may need bb.moveobjects on enabled when placing the lot or some objects may go AWOL.

This is a TS4 recreation/reimagining of Ever After Oaks (90 Creepy Hollow), a residential lot from Magic Town in The Sims: Makin' Magic and one of my favourite pre-made lots. The lot is 30x20 and has been designed to fit right into Glimmerbrook or Forgotten Hollow.

I've kept things as faithful to the original lot as much as possible but I made a few changes to add some improvements since TS1. The downstairs bathroom now only has one door on the diagonal wall to save space, the columns outside are more realistically positioned, the roof is more detailed and realistic to the style of building, and I've added an attic with a secret witches lair for all your Sim's magical activities.

I've left things sparsely furnished, like the original lot, but I did add a few objects to help make it feel a bit grander and more mysterious. There's a pipe organ and grandfather clock in the parlour, vintage bathroom plumbing, various wall art, magic items in the attic, and radiators are fitted throughout.

The lot requires the following packs:
  • Get Together (columns and a couple of other objects)
  • Get Famous (columns and dormers)
  • Vampires (essential - basically the bulk of the lot)
  • Realm of Magic (magic stuff)
  • Spooky Stuff (for a single wall covering and a table)

Lot Size: 30x20
Lot Price (furnished): 107,050

Number of bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Starter Furnishings
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion, game version or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Hmmm. Not so much one-to-one and tile-to-tile. But you literally cought a brew of Makin Magic mansion. I like an attic.

I loved this lot on TS1, and you made justice to it, and improved it, thank you! :D

I appreciate that you've redesigned the lot rather than doing a half baked tile by tile recreation. I love remaking lots from TS1 but I tend to adhere too much to the original layouts.

thanks for this, it looks great! It shows up in my library as having CC, and I get a message about how some items are missing. Any idea what that could be?

Thanks for reporting it. Not sure what it could be, because in my game it shows up as unmodified content

I'll have a look and see what's going on. I don't use custom objects, only override fixes, so I doubt any objects that are being flagged as CC are important or even necessarily missing.
