This is my first upload! I wanted a house for fall, Halloween, my vamps, etc… so I built one. This house is not very big, but the lot is impressive and boasts a private family cemetery complete with 2 crypts for those private deceased ones, or your friendly family vampires. Granted the grounds are a bit overgrown and need some TLC, unless you like that kind of atmosphere, but there is the bonus of a sunfilled terrace. The house has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, formal dining room, study and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comes unfurnished as the file is large as is, I stripped most of the content, plus it’s always fun to decorate yourself. It’s not perfect, and still needs some work, but surely someone can enjoy it.

This lot has been packaged with the Sims2Pack Clean Installer and is hack free.
