After seeing how well Black and White Blocks has done, it has inspired me to design another 'Black and White' House. Black and White Steps is also another simple house, with a simple design, and has all the basic needs for a Sim. This house is also great for a couple and is 3-Storeys High. Black and White Steps is fully furnished and was made possible by Moon Ez's Architectual Design Sets (Both the Windows n Door Set and the House Design Set) Targa's "Ascension" Elevator Stairs.

This House Includes: 1 Bathroom, 1 Bedroom, 1 Living Room, and 1 Kitchen/Dining Room, and a Driveway

Costs ยง52,050 and is on a Small 2x2 Lot.
