This is a traditional english country house.It has a little forest wannabe in the back and it is made after a real house.This is for Morganthe.She had the idea.

All of the content is maxis except for a dark terrain recolor by netseeker 2.Now I don't know where it came from and I can't seem to find it in the game so that's the only custom content.I'm sorry I can't provide a link.

I ran the lot with Clean Installer and that recolor came clean so it won't cause any problems.

The house is unfurnished.If you want some ideas go to the link above for the original furnishings.
On the first floor:a study,utility room,shower or a third bath,kitchen,dining room and sitting room.
Second floor:4 bedrooms and 2 baths.One bedroom can be a leisure room.

The house has also a little conservatory in the back and a human-made hill.
It costs 99,131 simoleons.A bit pricey ,I know ,and when furnished about double that amount<with original furnishings>

It is ideal for nuclear families and very practical.Plus it offers that country,peaceful feeling of home.
