Happy New Year, everyone.
I have taken a lot from this site, in the form of both advice and custom content, and I would like to express my gratitude to this special Sims comminuty by offering to you something that I created for my game some time ago.
Here are three Everyday Bottoms for male children. GapKids* cargo pants with pockets and stitch detail in three colors - Stone, Black, and White, accompanied by my favorite brand of shoes : Adidas**.
I do not consider myself nearly as talented as other creators/artists from this site, but I am quite proud of the way these turned out. They were made by manipulating photos of the pants & shoes...it allowed me to obtain the details I desired but did not have the talent to create from scratch. I then followed a bump map - making tutorial by LintphishX (which is no longer available, sorry) to enhance the detail further. There are tutorials for both of these processes within the 'Skinning Tutorials' section of this website, if you are interested in doing the same.
There are a couple of discrepancies where the sides meet on the shoes and on the pants themselves (where it does not appear seamless). I apologize for this...I have very limited experience creating clothing and it was the best I could do.
Other than that, I hope you get as much pleasure out of them as I do in my game!
