Okay, one more Uni building. This is actually a conflation of one of my favorite college hang-outs with some artwork belonging to my hometown. So it's a bi-coastal kind of building!

It's a grungy art cafe set up for live music and food.

It INCLUDES the following custom content:

HS Modular Window by Helena at PixelSims
Ebony Floor by Lilibat
Mesh for the sign by MangoSims, but I actually stole it from Loverat's Confession (bet she didn't notice that some punk Motha swiped her sign! )
I included the mesh, 'cause it just plain ain't at MangoSims anymore
Genuine student artwork, Sim pictures, Chameleon Sign, and flower photo by yours truly. Feel free to delete it with Clean Installer!
