Mod The Sims - Easily played 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home for under $20k

OK,here goes...This is my first upload here or anywhere else for that matter.If I understood the Clean Installer correctly,you should have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home with only maxis walls,floors,trees,flowers and box hedges.This home is unfurnished ,the pictures are only to give you an idea of how to decorate

.There is one recolored item here,the driveway and you can get it here http://forums.modthesims2.com/showt...hlight=DRIVEWAY and with that you will need the CEP thing here http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=92541 . I hope your sims will enjoy their new home
