Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a small utility room off the kitchen which leads to the garage. The kitchen features a breakfast nook, and leads to octagon-shaped dining area which looks into the great room over a half wall. Master bedroom comes with bath and walk-in closet. The covered patio, off the great room and garage, is room enough for a hot tub (if it's not in the package - I honestly can't remember).

In the images below, the interior walls are painted.. however, in the package, they're all white or cream. There is no custom content, everything is Maxis-made. Nightlife is required.
