Its Frank Cotton, the skinless pleasure seeker from Hellraiser, and Julia, his homicidal lover (skinless in Hellbound: Hellraiser II). Both are wearing "ressurection" makeup and suits etc., so the costumes can be bought for and applied to your sims also.
