Modern beach front property home

This home is an original design by yours truly. I created this home with a theme of huge industrial-like beams and major columns that support it all throughout this house. I like the warm home-like feeling of the stucco walls contrasted by the industrial cold beams, making for a rather interesting architectural design.

Layout

Three story home with 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom. All bedrooms located on upper floor. 2 bathrooms plus a master bathroom (1 bathroom located on lower level next to pool area. Pool is indoor located on the lower floor. 2 car garage. Small garden pathway and atrium-like section overlooking the small garden and Spa (outdoor spa). Seperated sunk-in Kitchen and sunk-in livingroom with high ceilings on main floor. Dining area located on main floor overlooking the pool area. Backyard patio.

Unfurnished

This home is not furnished except for some plants, trees, lights, and the spa.
I made sure to inclue the floors, terrain paint, walls, windows, and doors included in this upload. (Had to remove some doors due to not having a link for the mesh from the creator.)
