Deep in the everglades there are small cabins similar to this one made of log wood and aluminum siding with real plumbing for the sim that dislikes "outdoor" bathrooms. The log cabin sits on poles over the swamp with stairs from the porch next to the driveway. The porch roofsides and attic level of the cabin have aluminum siding to help keep the heat out.
Comes with a common bathtub, sink and toliet. A fireplace, two porch deck chairs, a common kitchen countertop with a sink and Numenor's excellent coal stove are included. No furniture or other items with this cabin.

Here Andy Cain (not included) spends his summers here to escape the daily grind of earning simoleons in Pleasantown. He spends his nights by the swamp out on the fishing dock or taking a nap on the porch.
