Hello,

This is the first house, wich I made with several tutorials here on MTS2.
I hope you'll like this one!

This house was build on a 3x3 Lot. Has a swimmable lake.
Ground floor: 1 livingroom, 1 kitchen, 1/2 bathroom.
2ndFloor: 1 masterbedroom, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 1 terras on the first level.

Costs: $189.930

It comes unfurnished.
