This is officially my first lot upload =)

I started making this house because I really like Victorian houses, and searching through various S2 sites I haven't found one that I really like, for just the Sims 2, with no eps (I don't have any). This house isn't "AMAZING!" per se, but it's my first try, and I really like it. So, this is for all the people that don't have eps and want a decent Victorian style house. And hey, people with eps can download it too.

This house has 4 floors, though the third and fourth floors are just for show and don't have any rooms on them, though you can put some rooms on those levels if you really want. It comes with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (or 1 bedroom 1 gameroom) one bedroom with a gorgeous multi-story window view, 1 kitchen, 1 large corridor style entrance (which can easily be used as a study or split into living room). Outside it has a patio with barbeque, table, chairs and lawn lights. 1 inground pool with lawn lounge chairs poolside & 1 hot tub and side of house equipped with speakers for backyard. Great for parties!

House around approx. 200,000 simoleons.
