Beach House - 1 BR 1 BA Home

Hi! This is my second upload to MTS2, and the first house I have uploaded.

This is entitled "Beach House". It should be put in a desert neighborhood (not lush, in other words) - unless you want it to really stand out.

The house is on sandy (desert) ground, and has a gravel pathway leading up to the porch, which enters the house. There are a few palm trees outside, to give it the "island" look. The house has a sloping roof, and a downstairs, which is in a crater, and has poles to support the upstairs. There is no backyard, only a balcony. This house is perfect for a single man/woman or a couple.

Anyway, here is the lot information!:

Vague Description of What it Looks Like: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (bottom level) home with a kitchen/living room (upper level), and a hallway (bottom level). Also, the home includes a porch and a balcony.

~Here is some more information you should know:
This house should be for ONLY 1-2 people, no more. It is a bit cramped, otherwise.

Here is the information on the rooms if you prefer not to look at the pictures:
*Living room: This room is seperated from the kitchen by a half-wall, half-fence, and has an L-shaped sofa, a staircase downstairs, an end table with a phone on it, a bookcase, and a TV in it. Large.

*Kitchen/dining room: Consists of a refrigerator, a stove, counters, table, and (two) chairs. Has a door leading outside to a balcony. Medium.

*Balcony: Cramped, but has a view on other buildings (depends on where it is placed, that's up to you ). Has an easel on the left side. Small.

*Hallway: Has a stairway leading up to the living room. Consists of a desk with a phone and computer, and matching chair. Has a door leading to the bedroom. Medium.

*Bedroom: Has two end tables, a (double) bed, and a dresser. Has a door leading to the bathroom. Medium.

*Bathroom: Has a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. Small.
