This is a pretty small house builed on a 2x3 lot. It has a pool and contains all the necessary things you'll need.

I think the house is pretty cute and perfect for a singlesim.

The lot cost about $19800

The furnishhing in the floorplanpicture is not exatcly the same as in the download, but pretty much.
