This house is expensive (202,315) but it comes fully loaded with all Maxis items. It comes on a 3x5 lot. No CC and no expansions needed. The garage is just for looks, since I have no expansions. I know some people out there are like me, I use the moneycheat so my Sims can live large.

If you do, then this house is for you.
