I whipped this up in an hour or so. Using a plan, as always.
50x30 Lot gives it a large back and side yard for whatever.
$63,446 will get you:
3 bedrooms(unfurnished)
2 bathrooms(furnished)
Master Walk-in-Closet
Kitchen with working peninsula(furnished)
One car garage
A utility room that can easily modify to be fit for a pet
A Greatroom(unfurnished)
And a Large front pourch and back deck.
