This is a very large family home. I prefer to make smaller lots so they're easier to play but as this was a request and I wanted to stay to the original plans as much as possible (and to make it a challenge for myself) I went all out so be warned it is large . It has a 3 car garage, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, family room, office, gym and games room.
Lot Value: 245,063
Lot size 5x5

My favorite part is the covered porch area with an outdoor fireplace, I can see Sims having lovely BBQ's and outdoor parties there :D.
It uses a side garage so make sure you place it on a lot with a road running along the front of the property. On the screenshots it's opposite the mansion in Pleasentview.

There is a bit of custom content you'll need to download. The door recolour I've done myself and is included but I've also used:
