Western Gardens-4 Unit Town Homes

Inspiration:
I have looked around for something like this and I couldn't find it. So I decided to make a set of Townhomes/Condos. I modeled them after a good friend's apartment.

Fast Facts: Maxis Only, I have no custom content or anything. I removed my whole download folder for this one. I have way too much cc and there is no way in the world I can remember everyone's terms of use. I only partially furnished one unit so that you can have an idea of usage, but then again it's your game do what you will, just don't reupload it. It took me all night to make this. You will need all expansion packs as I have everything except holiday stuff.

Now about the lot it is a large lot with 4 units, each with private entrance and driveway. The price is 198,202. Each well lit unit has 1 bedroom with a balcony that will allow you to enjoy nature in private , 2 full baths ,an eat in kitchen and a fireplace in the living area. The property features a pool, a hot tub and a lovely BBQ/picnic area that can be locked to keep out those pesky neighbors.
