Hi All, I've now created a 2nd upload for MTS2, and again I've decided to make another residental lot.

This house was built on a 3x3 Lot, it has no custom content and it comes unfurnished.

In the uploaded pictures, i've written down what the suggested rooms are but I will write them down again as follows:

Basement- 2 medium sized bedrooms
living room/office
small bathroom

Main Floor- Large Kitchen
Entry/Living Room
Stair Well

2nd Floor- Medium sized bedroom
Master bedroom
Master bathroom

The house costs $28,683

I hope you enjoy this house as much as I enjoyed building it.
