So, my third upload.
This starter costs 19.963, is a 5x2 lot, has a pond with a bridge, 2 floors and enough place for a driveway(if you want to buil one). It can accomodate families up to 3 persons(more if you buy more beds) and pets.
You have to have my chinese wallpaper (to be more precise: the earth, luck and incluence wallpaper) to let it work correctly:
