Name: Mi Casa I
Lot Size:3x2
Lot Price: 60, 096

Description: Mi casa, su casa? I doubt you will want to share this beautiful gem of a lot with anyone. This is a Spanish themed home is perfect for singles, newly weds, or retirees looking to settle down and enjoy the good life. The home has a shingled roof which complements the yellow stucco exterior and roof eaves. The yard is a amateur garderners dream with easy, yet elegant shrubs and two imported mini cypress trees. The entry way opens up to a living room/kithcen rich with oranges, rust reds, and muted yellow which gives the home a very warm and comforting feeling. This theme is carried out through the home even out to the covered pavillion which boast a nicely done picnic area for guest to picnic. This lot also has ample amount of space to build out if needed. Perfecto!

Room Count:
1 x Bedroom
1 x Bathroom
1 x Living room
1 x Dining/Kitchen
1 x Foyer
(also inludes a bricklayed driveway, fireplace, and pavillion)

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Looks really lovely, and with only one extra CC, so this one will go straight into my game . Thank you for sharing.

p.s The text didn't say the tree was included Custom Content or has to be downloaded seperately.
