This is an update of a previous uploads of mine, http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=214588
It now has 2 Side Garages, and a basement.
It is 4x4 lot, and it costs 72K.
It has a back garden (fenced), with swimming pool and flora.
The front has flora, also.
