Urban Paradise - a modern lot

This is my first upload here. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Urban Paradise is a nice house with many windows because I like when there is a lot of natural light in the house. I also really like simplicity. So I don't turn my simhouses into castles or buildings with thousands of curves and towers. I prefer houses closer to life. As I also live in a very simple house, I'm used to move easily between rooms (without needing a map in difficult corridors). I don't like running up and down between a lot of floors, so I keep my creations low.

Urban Paradise costs about 54, 000 Simoleons. It has 7 unfurnished rooms, two corridors and a bathroom, big backyard and beautiful swimming pool. I left house empty for you to furnish it as you like. Maybe in some time I upload my furnished variant of Urban Paradise. I also plan adding a garage.

I prefer not to make things complicated and that is why I built this lot with as few custom contents as possible. Although some of them are on the pictures, I cleaned the lot before uploading (that means I removed all custom contents).

PS! You need Glamour Life Stuff to play the lot. I have all the expansion packs and stuff packs but I'm not sure if you need the others.
