I wondered what it would be like for my sims to live on a beautiful island full of lush, tropical vegetation and crystal blue waters to swim in, so this is what I came up with. I had a lot of fun creating this unique lot and can't stop thinking of other ideas to fill my whole island neighborhood with now. Thought I'd share it with you all. Hope you like it.

The lot features:
-Private lot(enclosed by fence)... resort style
-Two bungalows contain the kitchen/office/bedroom and living areas
-Outdoor patio over looking the swimmable lagoon
-Bath house with sundeck above
-The Lagoon is swimmable (no worries about your sims swimming through the ground or walking through the water)
-Lush, Tropical landscape
