Can you believe it? This is my first upload ever! I think I've finally gotten over my phobia of sharing my creations. The tiny footprint was a challenge, to make sure I gave enough walking space, but I think it came out quite nicely. I had fun creating it and decorating it, and I hope you like it! I hope to start expanding My First Home series.

This lot will fit those Simmers on a very tight budget, but it's been graciously equipped with a smoke detector and a burglar alarm! Safety at its best! It's tiny enough for a single Sim to live here, so this might be ideal for those interested in the Legacy Challenge.

Just a note: I realized, after the fact, that there are no free surfaces in the kitchen to prepare food. The only one unoccupied is behind one of the chairs and your Sim will not be able to get to it (she/he will complain!). So, you can delete the microwave or one of the chairs.
