It's very very nice but I would like to have it unfurnished. Maybe you could upload an unfurnished one?

You can remove the objects with clean installer, I think.

Thanks for this house! I actually think my computer can run this one because it's not *uber* big!

I also have a quesiton, How playable is the basment, is it hard to zoom the camera in down there, ECT.

It is pretty hard to "Zoom" into the basement, but because it is so small you could easily play it from a distance. You can zoom in fairly close, but not as close as you can upstairs.

Sigh. This time I hope my post goes through! Anyway, thank you so, so much for making and sharing this beautiful house! I really suck at building, so I appreciate this a lot. I hate my neighborhood looking all the same, so I'm desperate for some well made lots/houses.

I'm so glad that you made this without requiring Open For Business! I was getting depressed that all the houses I saw required it, when OFB is the only expansion pack I don't have. The landscaping on this house is absolutely gorgeous. I'm terrible at that, too. I wish I could figure out how to make a waterfall! Oh, and I'm happy that this house includes a basement! My vampires have to have somewhere to go during the day!

It's a really beautiful house. Unfortunately when I place it in 3 lakes in BV the ground floor is under water!! Any ideas on how to overcome this?

The only way to play the house without water being in the basement is to place it on higher ground away from the water. I hope that helps.
