Utility & Gutter Model House ***Requested*** 5 Bed 2 Bath + Master Suite

Here is the house that I used in the pictures of my Utility Pole Project and my Modular Gutters ... This house was requested a bunch of times but I wasnt able to upload it since it was just an empty shell of a house with no floors or walls ...But since so many people requested me to make this house usable I have turned it into a small modern monster of a house with 6 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms..

There are two floors to this house and a limited yard and no driveway or even room to put one in ....

The first floor contains a Kitchen/Dining Room combo , A Living room , 2 Bedrooms , A Study and a Bathroom ..as seen here

The second floor contains a Family room , 3 more Bedrooms and a Bathroom and then the Master Suite with large bedroom and very large bathroom ...as seen here



I decided I was going to completely decorate this house but without using custom content I found it quite challenging to make the house look interesting so I decided to just leave it at what I came up with and that was decorating the first floor kitchen/dining living room bathroom and study and left the whole upstairs completely empty except for walls and floors ....

The exterior is beautifully landscaped with various trees hedges and flowers (I always wanted to be a landscape architect) including some real looking woodchip ground covering around all the trees and in the flower beds ....

The house sits on a 3 x 2 lot and its cost is $73,001 and there is no custom content in this house ...

I also have Family Fun Stuff and Glamour Life Stuff Packs installed and 1 or both MIGHT be required
