This is Collins' Without You outfit from the stage version - it's also part of his New Year's costume, as you can see in the comparison pic where he has a jacket over it.

Includes:
-New mesh by me [FaceCount = 2192, VertexCount = 1596]
-Black "papi" t-shirt layered over white waffle shirt
-Khaki cargo pants and brown shoes

Category in Game:
-Available for young adult and adult males only
-Appears in Everyday as a whole outfit
