A simple yet modern house. My first upload so please forgive that all items are Maxis originals. I would love to share my content, then I could present my house how I really wanted it to look like however I am concerned about content laws. Below I have only two of the five floors that make up the house. That is becouse only those two floors are the only ones that can be walked on by your sims. The rest are decoration.

There is a loft in th house on the second floor. Regular stairs do not work well becouse of the room demensions. I recomend you download Targa's 2-tile Wooden Ladder wich you can get here.

I know that the Seasons EP is required (becouse I used the curved edge tool for the pool walls), however I did not use any other EP content. It may be possible to use the house with only the Seasons EP.
