Family Shore House
A beautiful shore house perfect for 3-4 sims.

I started this house yesterday, and I am extremely proud of the way it came out. It is based on a real houseplan, see pictures below. So now, I present to you the Family Shore House, a beautiful 2 bedroom house, with a perfect vacation design. Best to put in Bluewater Village, so your sims can enjoy the beautiful views from the master bathroom balcony.

This house features:
Living Room w/fireplace, Kitchen w/ breakfast nook, Dining room ready to serve 6, bathroom w/ walk in shower and tub, gameroom w/pooltable, Master bedroom, another bedroom, and master bath w/access to balcony, deck, pool, and alot of extra space in backyard to put whatever you please.

Interior, pictured is the living room and kitchen wtih breakfast nook.


Exterior + Interior, pictured is two more outside shots, gameroom, and bathroom.


Interior, pictured is the bedroom [simply delete the double bed for two beds if you have little simmies, there is room], master bedroom, and master bathroom.

ALSO , the two windows that are diagonal, were put there using the "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" cheat. So, when inside, you cannot see these windows.
