Another lot I've created by following real house plans; I love the challenge. This is a great 2-story family home, with a spacious floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a garage. I think your Sims will enjoy living in this house! If you would like to see the house plan I based this lot of off, you can view it here.
The only custom content are 2 of the 3 exterior walls, which I made by using/relcoloring existing Maxis walls.
