This lot is very large, please be patient. If you have a high performance computer download the NeoGrand lot.

I purposely kept the left and right side of the front lawn empty for your personal customization. Unfortunately, Sims can not live in the house, it is only a decorative building.

The road is decorative. When sims sit in the car, the car returns to a different location. Use the cheats:
moveobjects on,
boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true,
boolprop snapobjectstogrid false

to position the car on different parts of the road or grass.

If your computer lags and is very slow, I highly recommend you download the 5 smaller photoshoot/movie size lots. (See bottom of post for collage images A1 through A8)
